Prestige Mobile Detailing is committed to providing the highest quality mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating services. Thank you for choosing us! Please review our terms and conditions carefully to understand the scope of our services and policies. These terms are designed to protect both our clients and our business. By scheduling a service with Prestige Mobile Detailing, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is applied toward the total service cost and will transfer to rescheduled appointments.
- If a client needs to cancel or reschedule, we ask for timely notice, and the deposit will carry over to the new appointment.
- If the deposit is not paid before service, it will be charged at the time of payment.
Vehicle Terms
- Please remove personal belongings, money, and valuable items from the vehicle prior to service. Prestige Mobile Detailing will not handle or move personal items to ensure safety and liability.
- Vehicles requiring extensive work beyond the average condition may incur additional fees of $75/hour. Examples include pet hair, stains, trash, mold, or hazardous materials. Notify us of such conditions during booking for accurate estimates.
- Areas like glove compartments and center consoles must be cleared prior to service. We will not clean these areas if they contain personal items.
- Clients should remove child car seats and boosters. If left in the vehicle, we will clean around them but cannot guarantee satisfaction. For safety reasons, we will not uninstall or reinstall car seats.
- Additional fees may apply for excessive pet hair, sand, stains, or odors. We strive to achieve the best results but cannot guarantee complete removal of stains, odors, or baked-on grime.
Exterior Detailing Terms
- Certain contaminants like bird droppings, sap, and tar can cause permanent damage if left untreated. We will do our best to address these issues but cannot guarantee complete removal without affecting the vehicle’s clear coat.
- We are not responsible for damage to heavily soiled or already-damaged surfaces, including wheels with baked-on brake dust or interiors with fragile components.
- Plastic trims, headliners, and upholstery may not fully restore to their original condition due to material limitations.
On-Site Service Terms
- Payment is due in full upon service completion. Multiple cancellations may require full payment upfront for future bookings.
- We reserve the right to adjust or reschedule appointments due to weather, staff health, or equipment failure. Clients will be notified of any changes promptly.
- Maintain a safe distance of 10-15 feet from our work area to avoid hazards. Notify us from a distance if you need assistance while we are working.
- If hazardous conditions (e.g., urine, mold, or bodily fluids) are discovered upon arrival, we reserve the right to refuse service and request partial payment for the visit.
Photo & Video Rights
- By scheduling a service, you authorize Prestige Mobile Detailing to capture and use photos and videos of your vehicle for marketing purposes. We will not share personal information like names, addresses, or license plates without permission.
- Clients who wish to opt out of photo or video use must notify us in writing prior to service.
Service Guarantee
- If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, we will redo the unsatisfactory portion or issue a refund, provided the issue is reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Refusing a redo limits refunds to 20% of the service cost.
- Claims must be accompanied by photographic evidence and reported via email to prestigedetailingrgv@gmail.com.
Payment Terms
- Payment is required at the completion of service. Failure to pay voids our service guarantee and limits further assistance.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate vehicle condition details during booking. Undisclosed issues may void our service guarantee.
Estimates & Inspections
- All estimates are valid for 30 days and subject to change based on the vehicle’s condition.
- A pre-inspection will be conducted before starting service to outline expectations and address concerns.
General Terms
- Prestige Mobile Detailing is not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or for loss due to unforeseen circumstances like theft or fire.
- We reserve the right to refuse any service or adjust prices based on vehicle condition and work required.
- Changes, corrections, or errors in pricing or availability may be updated without prior notice.
